Welcome to Peekaboo Places (the "Game"), a daily landmark-guessing game on TikTok Minis, made by AuraLegend and operated by Guangzhou Saibopusi Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't play.
1. Who can play
You must meet TikTok's minimum age requirement and follow the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you're under the age of majority where you live, please play with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Using the Game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the Game for your own non-commercial enjoyment. Please don't:
- hack, modify, reverse engineer or interfere with the Game;
- use bots, scripts or other automated tools to play;
- copy, resell or redistribute the Game or its puzzle images.
3. Game content
All puzzle images are AI-generated illustrations. They're meant to be fun, not exact, and may not perfectly match the real places. Names of landmarks and places are used only to identify them; any trademarks belong to their owners and don't imply endorsement. The Game itself — including its artwork, text, design and code — belongs to us or our licensors.
4. Ads and rewards
The Game is free to play. You can choose to watch rewarded video ads, served by TikTok, to make the picture clearer. Rewards such as a clearer picture or an extra guess exist only inside the Game, have no cash value, and can't be exchanged or transferred. The Game has no in-app purchases.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, change, pause or stop the Game, or any part of it, at any time. Daily puzzles, scores and progress are stored on your device and may be lost if you clear the Game's data or switch devices.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Game uses and how.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no promises that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that puzzle content will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update this page and the effective date above. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
